Our 2024 SIM Women Leadership Summit theme is "New Intersections Ahead!" The thought leaders engaged for Summit will explore old + new, tech + human, emotions + date, and the intersections of it all. Experience a transformative day of professional growth and networking at the SIM Women Leadership Summit. If you recruit two practitioners to attend, receive a $300 refund on registration fee. Attendees must be new registrants and list your name as their referral on registration. Attendees cannot be SIM volunteers / chapter leaders.

Dress Code:
Business Casual and a Smile dresses up any outfit! Facility temperatures can be unpredictable, so make sure to pack something to keep you warm in the room during the day. During the month of May, the average high is 85*F and the average low is 64*F in Dallas, TX.
Travel Information: The Women's Leadership Summit will begin on May 14 with mentoring sessions in the early morning. If you are flying in, we highly recommend you fly in early on May 13. There will be a Cocktail Hour for those arriving on the 13th prior to an evening viewing of "Show Her the Money", where networking, dinner, and drinks will be offered. You won't want to miss this opportunity! leaving ample time to network and connect informally for dinner.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to sim@simnet.org. Full conference registration refund requests received by April 22, 2024 will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee per registrant. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after April 22, 2024. Substitutions are permitted.
