Join SIMCAC for a celebration of Oktoberfest and a remote happy hour, including a tasting of four craft brews facilitated by Jeff Kirkland from Black Dog Beer Shop.

Space is limited, so register as soon as possible.

Logistics:

• Pick up your beer package prior to October 15th - Starting on Thursday, October 1st, SIMCAC members who have registered for this event will be able to pick up a free four-pack of selected craft brews at the Black Dog Beer Shop, which is located at 2672-M Avenir Place, Vienna, VA 22180.  Curb-side delivery is available by calling ahead; 276-468-9133.
• On Thursday, October 15th at 5:30 PM, attendees will log in to the remote Happy Hour and will be introduced to four beers that are great for the fall. We’ll taste 2 Oktoberfest’s (comparing the original to an American version), a Pumpkin Beer, and wrap up with an enjoyable lighter Macchiato Stout. Jeff will discuss each beer, pour them to show color and clarity, and guide a tasting while describing flavors and mouthfeel.
• We will end the tasting with a a networking social, utilizing small group breakout rooms
