Special Agent (SA) Christopher Diorio is a criminal investigator with 20 years of law enforcement experience and 15 years of cybercrime experience.  SA Diorio is currently assigned to the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Cyber Crimes Center (C3) in Fairfax, VA as the National Program Manager for cyber training.  SA Diorio is recognized in courts, both domestically and internationally, as a subject matter expert in cyber-crime investigations.
 
SA Diorio will provide an in-depth look at the dark-web, how it is used by bad actors, and the technology that powers it.  The presentation will include a live demonstration of a dark-net marketplace, which will help IT leaders and cyber security specialist understand how compromised data is bought and sold.
