SIMCAC is dedicated to keeping our community connected as we continue to proceed with virtual-only events.  As part of this effort, we are proud to host a virtual chocolate and spirit pairing for all current members, led by local distillers from Mt. Defiance Cidery & Distillery (Middleburg, VA).  After the tasting, we will catch-up with each other and network over a few games.

To ensure we get our order in on time, registration will close on Wednesday, February 10th, so please register ASAP.  We will reach out to DC metro area registrants on or around February 11th to coordinate spirit and chocolate pickup (which will most likely occur at a board member's house in Arlington, VA on the Tuesday and Wednesday preceding the event).  For those of our members outside of the immediate DC metro area, we will coordinate shipment of your spirits and chocolates to your home, so please register and join us.
