All current SIMCAC members are welcome to join us for an informal (BYOB) virtual happy hour, where we will play some games and make some mint juleps together (so we're all prepared for the Kentucky Derby, which is scheduled for Saturday, 5/1).  James Parks (SIMCAC Vice Chair) has agreed to share his julep recipe with those who register (he will email registrants approximately 1 week out so you'll have time to buy your ingredients and prepare).   He's also agreed to play mixologist for the evening to demonstrate a few critical steps in his process.  We'll also be joined by Jonathan Rokita (SIMCAC Treasurer), who has once again agreed to run a few games as we sip our cocktails.
