SIM Portland's 21th Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament
About this Tournament
For over two decades, SIM Portland has hosted an annual golf event to raise money for scholarships for local college students. Combined, the events have contributed almost $700,000 in scholarships to deserving students pursuing degrees in Information Management tracks at local universities. In this, our 21st year, we are excited to move past the impacts we’ve all felt with the global pandemic. We’ve created a traditional event with a new twist that we are sure you will find delivers on safety, fun, networking, and still involves a round of fun golf.
SIM Member Registration
SIM members can now register for the event for $150 per person. Registration cost include: Tee bag with items for your round and a shirt for each registered participant - 4 complimentary drink tickets
- $15 food credit per participant
- Closest to the pin prize for each par 3
- 5 online raffle tickets per participant
- $50 online Nike store bucks
Sponsorship Opportunities
As a sponsor of this tournament, you are helping fund the pipeline for the next generation of highly qualified Information workers. SIM Portland is a non-profit organization and hence all or portions of the sponsorship fee can be deducted for tax purposes. Sponsors are welcome to build their own foursomes or you may contact our tournament director, Bob Leek, to recruit local IT practitioners. He can be contacted at bleek@simpdx.org.
