Course Description This workshop will introduce participants to Talent-based Development using Gallup’s CliftonStrengths and Builder Profile BP10 assessments. Participants will get familiar with the opportunity to discover their distinctive combination of talents - talents that can make them truly powerful in their roles as IT leaders. The workshop will focus on two key elements: 1) CliftonStrengths assessment – accelerate your knowledge to your Top 5 unique strengths (out of 34 possible), to better understand how you filter the world and where you can increase your opportunities for excellence 2) Builder Profile 10 (BP10) assessment - Top 4 talents (out of 10 possible) allowing you to understand you and your team can build economically-sound organizations. You will get introduced to ideas on how to help you build your team, and economic momentum for your company, your organization, your department or your program. To excel, IT leaders need to master both the expected and unpredictable aspects of their work, such as build key relationships, coordinate moving parts, meet deliverables, and influence people. Participants will learn how to discover and apply their and their team members natural talents to help them develop strong working relationships leading to better results. This introduction workshop will be divided into two components, first presenting the history, approach and core concepts. The second will show a more practical application in the various roles and responsibilities of an IT leaders. NOTE: To get the most out of the session, it is recommended that you complete the StrengthsFinder 2.0 (now rebranded as "Top 5 CliftonStrengths") and Builder Profile BP10 assessments. About the coach ANTOINE B. CARRIÈRE Antoine is a seasoned coach, trainer and entrepreneur.
