We are excited to welcome our SIM Women members, our fellow SIM members, Summit Partners and guests to the Leadership Summit!
The SIM Women Leadership Summit offers an amazing day of professional development and networking plus thought leadership and solutions across these tracks: EXEMPLIFY, EMPOWER, and EDUCATE. Exemplify is for female C-suite leaders looking to grow beyond their current roles. Empower is for those making their way up the ranks targeting the C-suite. Educate is our split track for those who wish to learn – either greater technical depth or more on cultivating talent, mentoring, and STEM Outreach.
Our Summit Council has curated topics relevant to technology leaders today along with a strong programming focus on diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging. This is your opportunity to engage and energize both yourself and your career!

SIM Member Non-Practitioner
If you recruit two practitioners to attend, receive a $300 refund on registration fee. Attendees must be new registrants and list your name as their referral on registration. Attendees cannot be SIM volunteers / chapter leaders.

In fairness to our sponsors, solution partner/vendor organizations who are not SIM members will not be permitted to participate unless they are sponsoring the Leadership Summit.

Business Casual and a Smile dresses up any outfit!
Travel Information: Our Leadership Summit will begin with mentoring sessions in the early morning. If you are flying in, we highly recommend you fly in on May 8th. There will be a 5pm Cocktail Hour for those arriving on the 8
th leaving ample time to network and connect informally for dinner.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to sim@simnet.org. Full conference registration refund requests received by April 7, 2023 will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee per registrant. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after April 8, 2023. Substitutions are permitted. To streamline onsite registration for the substitute, we appreciate advance notification of substitutions whenever possible.
