is the CIO at Lift Solutions Holdings, LLC, focused on crane
manufacturing, inspection, and repair, and below the hook solutions.
He has over thirty years of experience across multiple industries driving
change using technology and quality to maximize the value of investment
dollars. Larry’s ability to evaluate trends, collaborate across lines and
functions, and shape global IT strategies has helped many companies deliver
against business objectives. He has been a COO, CIO and CTO during his
career while striving for optimization and excellence. Recently Larry has
presented on security topics for the Cloud Security Alliance on SASE, SD-WAN
and Telecommunications Optimization. Larry is on the Board of Directors for the SIM
Philadelphia Chapter and has been an active member of the program committee and most
recently past-President of SIM Philadelphia. Besides being an Assistant Scoutmaster with the
Boy Scouts and on the board of a foundation, when Larry has free time, he likes to spend time
with his family, play golf, exercise, and shoot pictures.

Chris prides himself on Keeping Information Security Simple, or at least understandable. Chris serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Washington University in St. Louis, a major private research university with a large and prestigious medical school. He has launched major initiatives to dramatically improve the Information Security Program’s maturity level with emphases on proactive vulnerability management, rapid incident detection, response and recovery, aggressive attention to security awareness, behavior and culture, robust security architecture and solutions, and comprehensive governance, risk and compliance. Chris previously served as CIO, CISO and Data Protection Officer (DPO) for a range of large, medium, small and micro-sized business. He works closely with stakeholders to focus Information Security and Privacy programs on critical initiatives and operational activities to support the business goals and objectives. For more than 30 years he has been leading and transforming information technology, information security and data privacy practices in diverse companies and organizations. Chris’s clients have included Huron Consulting Group, Salem Medical Center, the Weichert Family of Companies, Conair Corporation, Glemser Technologies Corporation, Versum Materials, Taiho Oncology and Whiteboard Ventures. He previously led IT at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), Misonix, Drexel University Online, the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, GSI Health, the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and CareScience. He is a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Privacy Professional / Europe (CIPP/E), Certified Information Privacy Professional / United States (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), was designated a Fellow in Information Privacy (FIP) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and holds the National Association of Corporate Directors’ Directorship Certification (NACD.DC). Chris earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MA from the Wharton School. 
Tammy L. Klotz Tammy is currently the Chief Information Security Officer at Covanta based in Morristown, NJ. Tammy joined the Covanta team in June 2020 and is responsible for the company’s Cybersecurity program including IT, OT, Information Security as well Governance, Risk & Compliance domains. Covanta is a leader in sustainable waste and energy solutions. Before Covanta, Tammy was the Chief Information Security Officer for Versum Materials with similar responsibilities to her role at Covanta. Prior to her role at Versum, Tammy worked at Air Products & Chemicals for 25 years in a variety of leadership roles. Highlights of her Air Products career include IT Communications, Service & Business Relationship Management, global leadership of multiple IT support teams and IT Audit Manager. Ms. Klotz is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and is also Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC). She is a Governing Body Member of the Philadelphia Chapter of Evanta, President of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of Cloud Security Alliance and is involved with WiCyS – Delaware Valley. Tammy was a 2019 Finalist for T.E.N Information Security Executive ® of the Year for the Northeast & North America and recently received OnCon’s Top 10 Information Security Professional Award in 2021 and 2022.
