Latest Innovations in Practical AI for Enterprises

Join us this month as we delve into practical business use cases for modern day AI capabilities.  Alex Zeltov, Principal AI Architect at Microsoft, will share his observations in this dynamic new space.  Many say we are now experiencing the “iPhone” moment in AI, when its use enters the rapid growth phase.

Setting the Stage:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has already become an essential part of modern-day business. It has revolutionized the way enterprises operate by automating processes and providing insights that were previously impossible to obtain. Latest innovations in AI include large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI’s GPT-4 which can accept both text and image inputs. OpenAI's GPT models made it possible for machines to generate human-like text.

These language models have had a significant impact on the enterprise, particularly in the areas of customer service and marketing. Chatbots powered by GPT can now engage in natural language conversations with customers, providing personalized recommendations and support.  OpenAI has used its infrastructure to train breakthrough models that are now deployed in Azure to power category-defining AI products like GitHub Copilot, DALL·E 2 and ChatGPT4.  Computer vision is another area where AI has made significant strides. It has enabled businesses to automate tasks such as quality control, object detection, and facial recognition.
