Multiple combat deployments during Hall’s time serving as a Green Beret in the US Army Special Forces provide a foundation for the leadership approach and style that he shares and leverages in his current role as President of Resourcive.
 
Kyle Hall is a growth-oriented executive leader with a demonstrated history of working on and building high-performance teams in challenging environments and currently serves as the President of Resourcive. Resourcive is a strategic IT sourcing consultancy that works closely with IT and technology leaders in the mid-market and enterprise to drive spend reduction and IT transformation efforts across all core IT services and solutions. Hall and his team have driven millions of dollars of expense reduction and enabled numerous transformation efforts through their collaborative and service-oriented approach that focuses on ensuring the clients' stakeholders they serve drive the business forward.

 
Kyle Hall is currently the President of Resourcive, a strategic IT sourcing consultancy that works closely with IT and technology leaders in the mid-market and enterprise to drive spend reduction and IT transformation efforts across all core IT services and solutions.
 
Prior to joining Resourcive, Kyle served in the US Army Special Forces as a Green Beret. He brings the skills and experiences learned operating in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environments to his role with Resourcive- his constant eye toward creating win-win partnerships has been integral to the success of many recent engagements.
 
Kyle holds a Bachelor in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary. Kyle enjoys outdoor sports, travel, education, and spending time with family.
