As we reach the one-year anniversary of ChatGPT and the widespread availability of generative AI, this session will be an open forum discussion where all participants can share how generative AI has impacted their organizations. Some of the topics will include openness and security, policies, benefits, and efficiencies, and how it has impacted customers.
