Bringing over 25 years of life coaching and personal excellence mentoring, Navixha empowers individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential, fostering their most dynamic and effective selves. In a trailblazing initiative, Navixha curated the inaugural 5K Saree Walk outside of India in  September 2022, challenging century-old stereotypes and spotlighting women's leadership. Her transformative mindset mentoring programs guide individuals to reconnect with their inner powerhouse for heightened life experiences. Simultaneously, her leadership development and women empowerment programs enable organizations to unleash the true potential of their diverse and highly productive workforce.
