Leading Through Change Join us for our September lunch in King of Prussia, as Alan Scholnick draws on his Executive Coaching experience to share his insights on being an effective leader through times of change. We have a love-hate relationship with change. In today's business environment, continuous change is the reality—and navigating it effectively, while ensuring technology plays an appropriate role, is essential to leading your organization to achieve your strategy and goals. We often hear that the role of today’s technology leaders is more of a change innovator. How and where do your people fit in? How can your mission, vision, culture and values bring a stabilizing force to the process? Leaders who lean into empathy, while providing a clear consistent vision around “the why” behind both the change and the future, create inspiration and movement. During this lunchtime discussion, we will explore what has worked for you while leading change, what hasn’t worked for you and then explore a model that my clients have found impactful while leading people through change. About Our Speaker: Alan Scholnick brings 30 years with a global organization holding Executive roles in Finance, Operations, and Leadership\Competence Development, with cultural experience working in the US, The Netherlands and Sweden. Alan believes in growing your people and business together. How? By leading by example, portraying how you want others to follow and what you want to achieve. Alan works with individual leaders, groups, and teams. He specializes in Leadership Coaching, Professional Development, Conscious Leadership and Communication. He is equally comfortable coaching in the C-suite as he is with an entry level co-worker. Alan is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), certified by the Institute for Professional Coaching (iPEC), along with being a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Alan is a volunteer coach with The Honor Foundation. Alan enjoys sharing culture and family traditions with others from all over the world, while bringing people together through food. A glass of wine and a sunset are a great way to end the day. Founded in 2020, Alan Scholnick Coaching & Consulting, LLC was created to help business owners and leaders grow their business and people together. We often focus on revenue, costs, profits and processes and forget about people. It’s about self-awareness, understanding our drives, motivations, and strengths- along with the impact they have on others around us. We are unique, so there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to leadership success. Together we will “feed and water” both you and your teams’ strengths, drives and motivations to grow people and business together. Our Mission: Facilitate the exchange of information and business opportunities among senior Information Technology executives. This will provide alignment between the Business and Information Technology practices. Our goal is to focus on problem solving, discussion of issues pertaining to IT careers, reviewing business objectives and how to develop stronger relationships with the business community, and true networking in a safe haven environment where consulting organizations are not present.
