An experienced P&L leader with a track record of driving change, performance improvement, and margin enhancement.  In the logistics sector, he has run programs of change and operational units across Europe and South Asia. He has led business units in the education technology space in Asia, South America, and the US. Specifically, he served as Vice President of Academic Operations and Vice President of international for Kaplan University. While there, Wade drove satisfaction and retention efforts for over 70,000 online students. While Vice President of Global Sales and Operations at Open English, he ran both teaching and student support, as well as student satisfaction and retention for 100,000 students. On the credentialling side of education, Wade has led Prometric India as their Country Manager helping professionals prove their knowledge. Wade earned a Master of International Business Studies and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina. A recovering academic, Wade taught Strategy and Globalization at Drake University for seven terms.

Dr. Lynn Burks

Dr. Lynn Marie Burks is a distinguished executive with 30 years of experience, known for her transformative leadership across business and education. Currently, Dr. Burks serves as the Chief Associate for HYA & Associates, holds key positions with HLC, the Innovative Executives League, and Executive Board Member for AAUA where she hosts her own Podcast. Her career spans roles including Chief Strategy Officer for an education foundation and was the executive directorship of a Learning Institute where she established innovative programming and secured significant funding via the DOL.  Burks has held various leadership positions in higher education, including a tenured professor, Chair, Dean of the College of Business, and National Dean.  In these roles, Dr. Burks led major transformations in technology, curriculum development, and teaching modalities, and led major learning and development efforts for over 3K staff. In the P-12 and private sector, Dr. Burks served as Board of Education President for 24 years, overseeing substantial growth, program advancement, and technological innovations. Dr. Burks is an economist and played a senior role at NORC at the University of Chicago. Throughout her career, she has been a prolific author of 100+ publications and presentations, maintaining a commitment to learners at all levels, and advancing lifelong learning.

Founder and CEO of SkillNet Software and a thought leader on skill management and skill-based learning. Earlier in his career, Mike used spreadsheets to inventory skills of his people at Oracle and Ernst and Young. Mike founded SkillNet to offer a cloud service for skill tracking and personalized development. Before SkillNet, Mike founded and venture-funded Compliance 11 which was sold to Charles Schwab. Mike graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Marketing and Mechanical Engineering from Purdue.
