What is Grace Hopper and why are we hosting an event? Grace Hopper (https://ghc.anitab.org/) is one of the largest women focused technology conferences in the world with over 30,000 women who typically attend. This year is the first time Anitab.org is hosting the event outside of Florida – and the Grace Hopper conference will be at the Philadelphia Convention Center from Oct 8th-11th.
The Philadelphia SIM Women’s Chapter is partnering with SIM Women National to host a meet and greet and structured networking event enable current Philadelphia SIM Women Members and potential members to connect as well as the many SIM Women Members from across the states to come join us for a wonderful evening meeting other Women Technology Leaders and build new relationships. We'll have mechanisms for you to connect with old friends and new faces, and we'll learn top career tips from our highest-ranking SIM Women members and C-level guests! Join us for a wonderful evening meeting other technology leaders, learning from those who have "made it," and building new relationships. Light dinner fare, wine and assorted beverages, and desserts will be served. We are grateful to PHMC for hosting this event and their continued support of SIM Women Philadelphia!
