Lori Emerick is a Leadership Consultant, Career and Life Transitions Coach, and Principal of Aspen Group Consulting. With over 20 years of experience across industries like Boeing, Kaiser Permanente, Intel, and Nike, Lori is recognized for her expertise in organizational performance, leadership development, and diversity & inclusion. She has held leadership roles across HR, organizational development, and talent management. She is sought out for her ability to deliver candid insights and practical solutions that drive growth and transformation in teams and individuals.


Known for her collaborative, creative, and inclusive approach, Lori leads with curiosity, artful questioning, and candid observation. She excels at guiding professionals through significant transitions, whether navigating new leadership roles, career shifts, or personal life changes.
