Meet our Panel:

Allison Keeley, M.S. is an interpersonal communication coach and trainer, bestselling author, and veteran public speaker both nationally and internationally. Based in Oregon City, Oregon, Allison brings the insights she learned from her 20 years working with the animal kingdom to her work with people, helping them learn how instinct plays a role in human communication.

As the founder and principal of Lioness Communication, Allison provides coaching and consulting to equip leaders with the tools and perspectives needed to have clear, proactive communication as well as effectively navigate hard conversations. She works with leaders looking to enhance their own work as well as guide the employees who report up to them. She gets in your head to help you look at things from a different perspective. She helps companies retain employees by shifting communication dynamics from punitive to collaborative. This results in a culture of trust and respect where organizations reduce turnover and increase revenue.

The unique approach that Allison uses to help her clients understand and dissolve their communication blocks is a direct result of her understanding of how humans and animals communicate. She combines insights she gained from the animal kingdom with her own knowledge, skills, and intuition, helping people bridge the gaps created by communication misses that are often a result of our animal instincts.

Elyse Rosenberg is the Deputy Chief Technology Officer of the City of Portland. Her role includes oversite of applications services, customer support, project and business relationship management, and enterprise architecture. During her 27 years of local government service, Elyse has worked in a variety of strategic, financial, and policy roles in arenas including technology, finance, environmental protection, and aviation. She is married to the wonderful Matt, has two rescue dogs, and enjoys fiddling and singing in various musical projects.

Ava Joubert learned to meditate in 2015 and found an immediate shift in the way she perceives stress. In 2020 she became a Certified Meditation & Mindfulness teacher so that she can share the benefits with others. Ava Co-founded harmonic floatPortland’s original floating sound bath with her sister in 2024. Imagine floating weightless in a pool of water on your own float, while being lulled with sweet chimes and crystal singing bowls.

By day Ava dons a hard hat as the Property Development Manager for Enterprise Mobility, proving that one can balance serious business with the pursuit of  peace and mindfulness. She loves soaking up the sun in Palm Springs or enjoying the outdoor paradise that is Sunriver. However, no place warms her heart quite like the Oregon Coast.

Ava lives in Portland with her husband of 25 years. You can find her Meditation classes at Portland Community College or sign up for a float at www.harmonicfloat.com

Our Moderator:

Prior to training as a Psilocybin Facilitator, Michelle Harrell enjoyed a successful international corporate career working primarily in Human Resources and Information Technology. For over 20 years, Michelle supported global teams through various change programs, from organizational restructures to implementing new process and technology systems, to standing up entirely new functions and teams. Through her work, she realized how difficult change is for most people and she enjoyed supporting others through their own life transitions, big and small. Living and working abroad while raising two children overseas provided opportunity to work with individuals of all backgrounds, cultures & nationalities. She aims to bring this passion for diversity and personalized service to her facilitation practice.

Michelle’s own experiences with psilocybin created a paradigm shift in how she saw herself, how she saw the world and how she related with others, resulting in positive changes to her life overall. She felt called to pivot and make one of the biggest changes in her career, becoming a licensed psilocybin facilitator. She is excited and humbled to serve others as they embark on their own healing journeys to improved mental health, wellness, and relationships.
