Shifts in the job market have many SIM members wondering about their options and risks. We are seeing an increased demand for information and tools for job seekers.

In response to this demand, SIM Boston’s MCD (Member Career Development) function (formerly Members in Transition) is intensifying its program for the remainder of 2024 and early 2025. We are re-introducing bimonthly zoom calls for members to share their journey and learn from each other. We are also asking our recruiter partners to make presentations on helpful topics at in-person MCD meetings.
