SIM Women is a network inside the SIM national association that promotes mentorship, communication, and career development amongst the female members of SIM. We are excited to host our next webinar on Wednesday, March 26th at 3pm ET. Too often leaders don't stay up-to-date on compensation surveys, market conditions, or the full business impact of their roles. How can we advocate for ourselves and our teams if we aren't informed? While our January SIM Women webinar was focused on the importance of equal pay, our March webinar will focus on tools, resources, and strategies so every SIM Women member and guest can "Know Your Worth!" Our panel of technology and recruitment leaders will empower you to stand tall in your current role and craft your "asks" for that next step whether it's a Board role, a promotion, or jumping to a new industry. During the March webinar, attendees will explore your Value Dimensions, how to gauge Economic Value, and how Articulate your Unique Value. Beyond a title and company, each of us has a unique lens through which we see the potential of the world around us. Attendees will walk away with a framework and ability to build their professional value roadmap and both strategies and actions to achieve it.
