About the Session:

Ransomware attacks continued to trend upward in 2024. In 2025, ransomware will remain one of the top threats as attackers innovate and diversify their operations.  Expect to see more sophisticated AI-powered ransomware that can evade detection and hyper-personalize attacks.

In our April DigiRisk webcast, Tim Rolfing will share his firsthand experience navigating a ransomware attack - from the initial breach to recovery. Tim will provide critical takeaways on mitigating damage, negotiating with threat actors, and strengthening defenses to prevent future attacks. His real-world insights will help prepare you for the inevitable and build a more resilient organization.

About the Speaker:

Tim Rolfing is the CIO for sister companies Satellite Industries and Satellite Shelters. Tim is a Past President of SIM Minnesota and has over 30 years of experience in leading technology across various industries and capabilities. Tim also serves as Adjunct Faculty at Concordia University-St Paul teaching within the Information Technology Management Department.
