About the Session:
May's webcast will focus on the Digital Risk categories of "Digital Business" and "Workforce." BILL WAAS joins the DigiRisk team in this collaboration between the DigiRisk and Work 4.0 SIGs. In light of today's rapidly evolving workplace, we will focus on the critical intersection of human leadership with AI. Leaders and workers alike are confronted with challenges as companies swiftly incorporate AI technologies. This calls for fresh ways to maintain human connection and purpose. We look at how leaders may establish trust and develop future-ready skills by combining compassionate management in conjunction with technology change. Our discussion centers on a model of shared accountability in which team members and leaders work together to harness AI's potential while ensuring meaningful work and psychological well-being. You will get insight into effective leadership styles that place an emphasis on emotional intelligence, adaptability, and transparency. You CAN thrive with technology innovation while still putting people first. About the Speakers:
