IT Staffing Issues and Software Onboarding
The Service Desk Roundtable will meet to discuss topics including: - Staffing Issues: finding candidates with the right skill sets, onboarding and training new IT staff and the use of contractors and consultants. We will also discuss
- Onboarding New Software: how are systems onboarded and integrated, training needs for IT service desk staff, discovery and support/integration of shadow IT.
**In person attendees must bring picture ID and check in at security desk.** Parking: Garage in basement - tickets can be validated. If not coming in through garage use Oliver St entrance.
