About The Speakers:

Elizabeth Decker, the visionary Founder and CEO of Braided Strategy, brings
over two decades of experience in steering complex technology and business
projects to success. Her career is marked by a series of transformative
achievements in environments characterized by mergers, acquisitions, and
challenging project landscapes. Elizabeth's unique approach combines
technical acumen with a profound understanding of human dynamics, enabling
her to craft solutions that are precisely designed to meet business objectives.

 

Sean Masterman, Ed.D has been a technology leader delivering value
for over 25 years to organizations like Target, Wells Fargo, Rollerblade,
and UCare, and a higher educator for over 15 years at Concordia
University- Saint Paul, the University of Minnesota, and the University of
Sioux Falls. He is passionate about helping prepare youth to thrive in the
future workforce alongside AI and robotics.

Tim Rolfing is a dynamic Chief Information Officer for sister companies Satellite Industries and
Satellite Shelters.  In his role, Tim leads global technology strategy and implementation across
applications, infrastructure, security and help desk capabilities.  Tim and his business partners
have initiated several AI Initiatives with new Agentic AI functions on deck or in flight.   Tim is
also involved in the Twin Cities community as adjunct faculty in the Information Technology
Management Graduate Program at Concordia St Paul University and as a long-standing
member of CIO’s Against Cancer.   He also serves on the Management and Leadership board
at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and is a Past President of SIM Minnesota.  Tim holds
a BBA with an MIS Major from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and an MBA from
Marquette University.

 

Shailesh Bhor is founder and managing partner of 'Ride The Next Wave', an AI implementation firm that delivers working solutions instead of PowerPoint decks. His "Unconsulting" approach features rapid, iterative methodology that has helped clients across industries achieve 40-60% efficiency gains. With expertise in autonomous AI agents and outcomes-based delivery, Shailesh specializes in bridging the critical gap between AI strategy and production deployment, proving that enterprise AI can move fast without compromising security, speed, or results and without spending a fortune.
