In response to this demand, SIM Boston’s MCD (Member Career Development) function (formerly Members in Transition) is intensifying its program for 2025. We are re-introducing bimonthly zoom calls for members to share their journey and learn from each other. We are also asking our recruiter partners to make presentations on helpful topics at in-person MCD meetings.
