A Vision for the Future: Agentic AI
AI is moving beyond copilots and chatbots into autonomous, goal-driven systems capable of executing real work. In this two-part Technology Leadership Series event, we’ll explore how agentic AI works—and what it means for the future of software delivery and knowledge work. “The Software Factory”
- For technology leaders, the focus shifts to speed, scale, and impact:
- A live “agent swarm” demo where multiple agents collaborate to build a feature into a sample Kanban board application
- Audience-driven choices using a Madlibs-style format
- A “mission control” dashboard showing project planning and infrastructure deployment in real time
- A strategic discussion on how agentic AI changes the velocity and nature of knowledge work—and the risks to consider

TLS Pre-Event: Member Career Development (4:30–5:30 PM) Why Great Candidates Get Overlooked: How Hiring Decisions Are Really Made
In today’s crowded hiring market, strong candidates are often overlooked not because they lack capability, but because of how hiring decisions are made. This session provides an inside look at how hiring managers evaluate candidates, what builds confidence or introduces risk, and how leadership expectations influence outcomes. Attendees will gain practical insight into common misalignments that stall momentum and learn how small shifts in clarity and communication can strengthen hiring outcomes for both candidates and leaders.
