Scott Weiner is a strategic leader with over 30 years of experience building software organizations and transforming companies through technology solutions. As AI Lead and Fractional CTO at NeuEon, he helps organizations navigate AI implementation while advising boards and executive teams on strategy and best practices. His technology leadership experience as a CTO spans developing innovative healthcare platforms, analytics solutions, and mobile technologies in heavily regulated industries. Scott is a member of ACT | The App Association, where he contributes to technology policy initiatives and has shared his expertise with Congressional staff on practical AI applications.

TLS Pre-Event: Member Career Development (4:30–5:30 PM) 

In today’s crowded hiring market, strong candidates are often overlooked not because they lack capability, but because of how hiring decisions are made. This session provides an inside look at how hiring managers evaluate candidates, what builds confidence or introduces risk, and how leadership expectations influence outcomes. Attendees will gain practical insight into common misalignments that stall momentum and learn how small shifts in clarity and communication can strengthen hiring outcomes for both candidates and leaders.
