A practical conversation on transforming organizations with technology. We’ll discuss guiding principles, how leaders measure impact, the real role of AI in the enterprise, and how to think about AI strategically—so it accelerates people, processes, and outcomes.
Speaker Bio:
Greg Gibson serves as Senior Vice President of Property, Customer Engagement Center & Emerging Technology for Marriott International’s Global Technology division. In this role, he drives the modernization of property systems, the reinvention of the Customer Engagement Center ecosystem, and the acceleration of emerging technology adoption across Marriott’s global portfolio. As a key architect of Marriott’s AI future, Greg oversees the enterprise AI strategy—developing an internal AI chassis, establishing model-agnostic and responsible AI foundations, and enabling next-generation agentic and RAG capabilities that will reshape operations and guest experiences worldwide.

Greg joined Marriott from Evernorth, the $138B Health Services growth platform for Cigna. There he led the Evernorth EA practice through strategic leadership and architecting that drove growth across all 13 distinct lines of business within Evernorth.

Prior to that, he spent more than 20 years in the hospitality industry working for Hilton Worldwide, where he served as Vice President of Technology. At Hilton, Greg was responsible for strategy, architecture, and the engineering of technologies that scaled 7000+ hotels across 120 countries with 150+ million Honors members.

Greg earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from The University of Alabama-Birmingham.
