Topic: Artificial Intelligence and its Legal Implications

Artificial Intelligence is a ‘top-of-mind’ topic for most of us these days. While some organizations are further along than others in their AI implementation journey, gaining legal perspective early in the process can help ensure good governance and risk management.

Some of the topics Jeremy will speak about include:

  • Current regulatory and political environment at the state and federal levels relative to AI. How does the US compare with the Rest of the World?
  • What rules apply with respect to Intellectual Property and AI?
  • Legal issues that are most relevant to organizations in association with AI.
