With more than 25 years of IT consulting experience, he has deep expertise in solution architecture, technology leadership, and guiding organizations through large-scale modernization.  

Kolby has led more than 100 enterprise transformation initiatives, helping clients adopt modern engineering practices, accelerate cloud-native adoption, and embrace emerging technologies. Today, his focus is on advancing the use of AI—particularly generative AI—to unlock new possibilities, reshape enterprise solutions, and enable organizations to harness innovation responsibly and at scale.
