Architecting Agility: Governance, Structure, and the Future of IT
Join your fellow CIO roundtable members on March 4th where we will discuss and debate whether an organization’s ability to pivot is less constrained by budget or technology than by how IT is structured and governed. Asset-based, service-based, and value-based IT operating models each embed different assumptions about stability, cost, and change—and may therefore exhibit fundamentally different adaptive resilience characteristics.
Featured Speaker: For this interactive and inciteful discussion, we will welcome fellow SIM Boston and National member, Sonny Claussen. Mr. Claussen is the CEO and Founder of Bee360, a professional services firm focusing on enterprise IT governance. With a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a seat in Harvard Business School’s OPM program, he brings a wealth of technical depth and operational expertise to help large and medium IT organizations turn strategy into execution.
