From empty shelves in 2020 to today’s tariff whiplash, supply chain disruption has become a constant, while the expectation on IT is to absorb the drama and keep the business moving. This SIM Nashville breakfast at The Café At Thistle Farms brings together CIOs and senior IT leaders to explore how technology is helping supply chains adapt to ongoing shocks in cost, risk, and complexity.

Our guest speakers, Tim Walter, CIO Edward Don & Company along with Sandeep Bangera, GSC & ERP Digital Leader for North America at Schneider Electric, will share lessons from navigating global tariff waves, rethinking sourcing, and leading major ERP and supply chain transformation programs touching billions in revenue. We’ll look at how IT teams are building agility, resilience, and growth capacity through data, automation, and smarter partnerships across finance, operations, and the business.

Through brief framing remarks and a roundtable-style discussion, we’ll focus on real-world “supply chain dramas” and how IT leaders are solving them, translating hard-earned COVID-era lessons into strategies for today’s shifting trade, cost, and risk landscape.

You’ll leave with:

    -  Fresh perspectives on how tariffs and trade uncertainty are reshaping IT and supply chain priorities
    -  Practical examples of technology-enabled risk mitigation and cost control
    -  Ideas to strengthen your own roadmap around resilience, visibility, and business partnership

This session is designed for CIOs, CISOs, and senior IT leaders who sit at the intersection of technology, operations, and supply chain strategy.
