Speakers:
Neha Srivastava
Neha is a technology and financial services leader with over a decade of experience across fintech, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. As Vice President of Products at Chase Bank, she drives innovation in software security and data protection through advanced cryptographic solutions. Her background includes roles at Deloitte, EY, Accenture, Flagstar Bank, NVIDIA, and Bank of America across multiple countries.
She is a strong advocate for secure computing, with a focus on Post-Quantum Cryptography, next-generation cryptography, and AI security, promoting responsible and ethical AI adoption. Beyond her corporate work, she mentors early-stage startups on technology strategy and scalability and leads the WiCyS Western Affiliate, supporting cybersecurity education, mentorship, and community for women and allies.

Rahul Satya
Rahul leads the AI Enablement strategy at Weyerhaeuser, with an emphasis on building AI literacy and organizational change management to drive adoption while implementing appropriate enterprise guardrails. In his role, he partners closely with Enterprise Architecture, Information & Data Governance, and Cybersecurity functions to manage risk and maintain policies for responsible AI deployments. He also partners with the Corporate Sustainability team to identify opportunities to identify & highlight sustainability opportunities and impacts across AI initiatives. Prior to joining Weyerhaeuser, Rahul played a similar role at Amazon Web Services and has held consulting roles at Fortune 100 companies such as T-Mobile, Capital One, and Altria.
In addition to a strong focus on building trust and transparency across AI deployments, Rahul also serves as a SCORE Mentor, advising small businesses on responsibly integrating GenAI into their workflows. He is also a co-lead for the Asian Pacific Islander Coalition ERG at Weyerhaeuser focusing on targeted programming to help with professional development.

Yi Zhou
Yi Zhou is the founder and CEO of the Agentic Engineering Institute and the founder of
Agentic Engineering, the emerging discipline for designing and governing autonomous
AI systems that operate reliably in production environments. An award-winning Chief AI
Officer, he has led more than 600 enterprise AI deployments across regulated and
mission-critical industries, generating over $1 billion in realized value.
Yi is the lead author of the Agentic Engineering Body of Practices (AEBOP) standard
and the author of three books and more than 70 publications on enterprise AI. He
advises global regulators, including the FDA and EMA, on AI governance frameworks
shaping the enterprise adoption of advanced AI systems.
Moderator: Joe Levy
Joe is CEO of Uplevel where works to improve engineering effectiveness for Uplevel customers while building a great company culture and place to work. Prior to Uplevel, Joe ran strategy for Zettics, a mobile analytics firm that was acquired by Ribbon in 2019. Joe also ran marketing at Qpass, a mobile payments firm that was acquired by Amdocs in 2006. Earlier in his career, Joe held product and engineering jobs at Microsoft, Accenture, and Icarian which was acquired by Workstream in 2002. Joe has a BS in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. He lives in Seattle, where he was born and raised, with his wife and two daughters. They enjoy almost all water and snow sports and are avid board gamers.
