He will highlight a number of key tenants and practical tools you can use in your daily work and lives to be a leader and advance yourself in your organization. He will use real world examples from his career, from others he has worked with, and from the key tenants/themes from the RLF Program. Biography

Fred Pond recently retired after working more than 37 years in business and technology in the Pacific Northwest, with the last 21 years spent managing teams and leading technology organizations for four significant Portland and Seattle based companies: Stevedoing Services of America/SSA Marine-Tideworks Technology, The Schnitzer Group of Companies, North Pacific Group, and Columbia Sportswear Company. He continues to stay connected with business and technology through part time positions on advisory boards, consulting and becoming a facilitator for the Pacific Northwest Regional Leadership Forum (RLF) and Portland CIO Alliance.
