Since we usually do not have an August program, this year please join with other Chapter members at a Virtual Town Hall on the evening of Wed 12th August.
Come chat with Richard, current President (and I am sure some of the
Board too,) about your SIM Chapter, what it means to you and what you
would like to see going forward. We are entering into the year's
planning phase for our chapter with the Annual Board Retreat occurring
on August 21st and 28th.
In previous years, we have gathered input from members with online surveys, and we may still do one this year. Richard prefers a more personal interaction, and invites you to have a "conversation" rather than filling out a “form.” Please come and share what's working…particularly in this unique time that the Chapter is weathering through... and what's not working. Even
better, bring suggestions and brainstorm with the group around what can we do to bring more value to our local community of IT professionals.
Discussion topics include:
- Reviewing SIM's and SIMpdx's array of activities and programs
- Chapter meetings - how these could be re-configured going forward, virtual vs in person

Other types of programs - IT and Leadership focus or interest areas, virtual networking, different IT leadership levels, etc.
- Online communities - SIMpdx.org communities, LinkedIN, Slack, etc.
- And more...
