Margot Carleton is the CIO at BAMSI, a large non-profit located outside of the Boston area. In this position, she oversees the Quality and Improvement and the IT teams supporting the compliance, risk and information technology needs for the agency. Previously, she spent 25 years working at Kendall/Tyco Healthcare/Covidien, a medical device manufacturer where she was VP responsible for applications and acquisition integrations for corporate and several lines of business. Ms. Carleton graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Management Systems. She is an active member of SIM participating in the CIO Roundtable, completed SIM’s Regional Leadership Forum in 2009 and their Leadership Development Roundtable in 2010.

Jane Wiltshire has over 20 years of experience as a leader in Pharma and Information Technology, developing specialties in IT mergers and acquisitions, collaboration technologies, content management solutions and infrastructure. She is a senior leader in Pfizer’s Business Technology organization who has dedicated her career to unlocking the potential in people and technology, including fostering early interest in STEM fields in local schools and the hiring of entry-level talent to ensure a pipeline of gifted technologists and future leaders in the organization. Early in her own career, Jane held roles in communications, investor relations and graphic design before officially delving into the realm of information technology. Jane has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of California, San Diego. She is a member of the Society of Information Management (SIM) and a 2014 graduate of RLF.

Cheryl Morgan has over 24 years’ experience as a senior leader in both IT and Business. In IT she has led development, testing and various support functions; in the business and operations area, she has led PMOs, testing, shared services and multiple support areas, as well as strategic planning and execution functions. In addition, she has led the creation and direction of several leadership and technical development programs in IT at both CIGNA and Travelers and was instrumental in expanding the use of RLF at CIGNA by establishing an internal program. She is currently working as a certified Executive Coach as well as a RLF Facilitator. | Kimberly Sharp is an Apprentice Facilitator. She began her professional career in financial services working for Boston-based Putnam Investments. In her role as a Regional Marketing Director, she supported financial advisors in growing their businesses. After 6 years, she made the decision to leave the world of finance to follow her passion for all things retail and joined BJ’s Wholesale Club in 2009. Her career at BJ’s began in Supply Chain and through a series of promotions Kimberly became a Category Merchant in the Food Division. In 2013, Kimberly was asked to serve as a key team member on BJ’s multi-year SAP implementation project. As the Director of Business Systems from 2015 to 2018, she led the team charged with enhancing the strategic capabilities of BJ’s through the transformation of business process, information management and technical solutions. A team uniquely positioned for success as a business unit and not a function of IT; the team included the Enterprise Data Services, Analytics and the Center of Excellence. Now as a Senior Consulting Manager with Rizing Consumer Industries, Kimberly is the data practice lead working with companies as they embark on their own data journeys. Kimberly provides executive education and mentoring to new data leaders by imparting the lessons she learned along the way and she does it with the singular purpose of unlocking data’s value as a strategic asset. In addition to her advisory work with Rizing, Kimberly is actively engaged with the data community. She is a highly regarded as a thought leader - publishing articles and speaking at various industry events. Kimberly is a member of the Society of Information Management and ASUG’s Enterprise Information Management Think Tank. Passionate about increasing the opportunities for women in IT and Retail, Kimberly founded Rizing’s first employee resource group, WIT (Women in Technology) whose vision is to, “accelerate the leadership path for Rizing women so that they can reach their full potential in an inclusive workplace.” She is also an active member in the Network of Executive Women.Kimberly is mom to 11-year-old puggle, Lola, a forever Red Sox fan, skier, Jeep enthusiast and avid traveling foodie. |

Register on or before Tuesday, April 6, 2021 and you will receive an additional Early Registration discount of $500.
One fee includes:
- Speakers, presentations, materials and activities during six 2-day sessions of the six-month program.
- Inclusion in a national learning event for all 2021 RLF grads.
- All books and media used throughout the program.
- All breakfasts, lunches and refreshments.
- Individual SIM national membership for each graduate during 2022
