Session Location

Bob Rouse is a founder of the St. Louis SIM Chapter and a Past President of SIM. For 15 years he has facilitated RLFs in the Midwest, Northeast, New York and the Chubb Internal Forum. He has served as a RLF Director for six years. Bob is Professor Emeritus, Computer Science at Washington University; he held many leadership positions at WU, including IT Strategy Director for the School of Medicine, automation lead for the Development Office, Assistant Dean, and Director of the Center for Intelligent Computing Systems. He is President of Red Eagle Advisors, a focused advisory practice for firms seeking leading edge business innovation for people+technology. 

Sreesha Rao is a Senior IT Manager at Niagara Bottling LLC, responsible for distribution, planning, labeling  technologies and business intelligence after having worked his way up the ranks of IT Departments and reported to CIOs across industry verticals including consumer goods manufacturing, government and healthcare sectors, over the past two decades.  He holds a MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.  He has lived in California since earning his Masters and has built clinical assessment software, conducted Bio-Mechanics research and published a number of research manuscripts in peer-related journals.  In his free time Sreesha enjoys professional networking, running, meditation and playing golf.  Sreesha is a 2019 graduate of the Pacific Southwest RLF program and is excited to be facilitating RLF for the first time.
